Terminus exists to see churches established in global cities. Terminus churches train and resource pastors, leaders, and members to scatter faithfully in the city. We encourage faithful innovation and help churches pursue long-term sustainability through meaningful collaboration with like-minded partners.
CITY
Terminus is committed to strengthening churches in globally influential cities, crossroads of ideas, migration, economics, and culture. While these cities shape the world, gospel-centered churches serving within them are often sparse, under-resourced, and face complex ministry sustainability challenges. In response, Terminus seeks to resource a portfolio of churches in the top 100 cities of the world (according to the 2025 Kearney Global City Index).
CULTURE
Terminus churches seek to understand the dominant cultural narratives shaping their cities so they can both connect with and confront them through compelling gospel engagement. Together, we equip each other to “mine” the culture so that the gospel speaks to the deep, unsatisfied longings expressed in the city.
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Financially more viable than Singapore, with stronger infrastructure than Jakarta, and a higher prevalence of English speakers than Bangkok. Kuala Lumpur is a cultural and economic hub of Asia.
Paris, France
Paris is home to over 12 million people and ranks among the world’s most influential cities. It is a major European financial center, renowned for its world-class museums and long tradition of intellectual leadership. It’s diverse population is shaped by immigration from Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
